Program Description

Monarch Funding Group offers a two-way SMS messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with business owners who have applied for funding or otherwise opted in to receive messages. The Program sends a mix of transactional and promotional messages, including but not limited to: application confirmations, verification requests, status updates, appointment reminders, follow-up messages regarding your funding inquiry, and occasional informational messages about business funding products and services.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Monarch Funding Group by: (1) submitting the funding application on our website and checking the consent box authorizing SMS contact; (2) entering your phone number into our website chat widget and submitting the form; or (3) replying affirmatively to a message we send you after you have provided your phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application status and interactions with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month under normal circumstances, though frequency may vary.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Monarch Funding Group is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from Monarch Funding Group. Opting out of SMS will not affect any pending funding application you have submitted.

How to Get Help (HELP)

For help or more information about the SMS Program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at the email address listed in the Contact Us section below.

Supported Carriers

The SMS Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Fi, as well as most smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of SMS Opt-In Data

Consistent with the callout above, phone numbers and consent data collected through the SMS Program (including through our website chat widget and direct SMS opt-in) are used solely by Monarch Funding Group to communicate with you and will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction on sharing SMS opt-in data is separate from, and in addition to, the consent you provide when submitting a funding application, which authorizes sharing of your application information with Funding Partners as described above.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Disclosure

By submitting your application and providing your phone number with consent on our website, you are providing your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws for Monarch Funding Group and its designated Funding Partners to contact you at the phone number you provided. This consent covers contact by telephone, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, and by SMS/text message, for the purpose of discussing business funding products and services.

You understand and agree that:

  • Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or receiving funding.
  • Message frequency varies based on your application and interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by calling us, or by emailing us at the contact information provided below.
  • Revoking your consent to receive calls or texts will not affect any funding application you have submitted.

Consent Records

We maintain records of your consent, including the date, time, opt-in source, and the specific consent language you agreed to when submitting your application or opting in to SMS communications. These records may be used to demonstrate your consent in the event of any dispute.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
