Monarch Funding Group operates as a lead generation and business funding referral service. We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution. We do not make loans, cash advances, or funding decisions. We connect business owners seeking working capital with third-party funding companies, brokers, and financial institutions ("Funding Partners") who may be able to provide business financing solutions.
Any funding offers, terms, rates, or approvals are determined solely by our Funding Partners. Monarch Funding Group has no control over and makes no representations regarding the terms, rates, or conditions offered by any Funding Partner.

When you submit an application through our Site, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and current. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the denial of your funding request and may constitute fraud.
By submitting your application and checking the consent box, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state laws for Monarch Funding Group and its designated Funding Partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided. You understand and agree that this consent extends to Monarch Funding Group's designated Funding Partners, who may contact you directly using the information you provided in your application. Your application information may be shared with a specific Funding Partner selected by Monarch Funding Group based on your business profile and funding needs.
You understand that your consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or receiving any funding. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by contacting us by email, or by calling us. Revoking consent will not affect any pending funding application.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS consent will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Monarch Funding Group offers a two-way SMS messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with business owners who have submitted a funding application or otherwise opted in to receive messages. The Program sends a mix of transactional and promotional messages, including application confirmations, verification requests, status updates, appointment reminders, follow-up messages regarding your funding inquiry, and occasional informational messages about business funding products and services.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Monarch Funding Group by: (1) submitting the funding application on our Site and checking the consent box authorizing SMS contact; (2) entering your phone number into our website chat widget and submitting the form; or (3) replying affirmatively to a message we send you after you have provided your phone number.
You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from Monarch Funding Group. Opting out of SMS will not affect any pending funding application you have submitted.

The SMS Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Fi, as well as most smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone numbers and consent data collected through the SMS Program (including through our website chat widget and direct SMS opt-in) are used solely by Monarch Funding Group to communicate with you and will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction on sharing SMS opt-in data is separate from, and in addition to, the consent you provide when submitting a funding application, which authorizes sharing of your application information with Funding Partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
Monarch Funding Group does not guarantee that you will receive funding or any specific funding amount, rate, or terms. Submitting an application does not obligate any party to provide funding. All funding decisions are made solely by our Funding Partners based on their own underwriting criteria. We make no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of approval, funding amounts, interest rates, factor rates, or repayment terms.
You acknowledge and understand that Monarch Funding Group operates as a lead generation service. By submitting your application, you understand that your information constitutes a "lead" that may be provided to a Funding Partner for the purpose of offering you business funding products and services. Monarch Funding Group may receive compensation from Funding Partners in connection with the referral of your application.
All content on our Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Monarch Funding Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.
When using our Site, you agree not to:
Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Monarch Funding Group disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Funding Group and its parent KPW Solutions LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Monarch Funding Group shall not be liable for any actions, terms, rates, fees, or conduct of any Funding Partner. Any disputes regarding funding terms, repayment, or the conduct of a Funding Partner must be resolved directly with that Funding Partner.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monarch Funding Group, KPW Solutions LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Site, your violation of these Terms, your submission of false or misleading information, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Monarch Funding Group. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
